The Entrepreneurship & IP Commercialization support group focuses on Increasing awareness towards entrepreneurship within the ICT domain, qualifying technology startup candidates for Incubation, deploying a full-fledged incubation program, developing a local, regional and international network of stakeholders to support entrepreneurs and increasing awareness regarding the importance of IP Rights and commercialization techniques.

• Technology Incubation Program (TIP)

TIP provides startups with location, equipments, mentorship and consultancy services in areas such as legal, accounting, financial, project management, IP registration plus networking activity to VC’s, Technology MNC’s as well as technology funds.

Bey2ollak A community based traffic information service aiming to keep track of the status on all major roads in Cairo and Alexandria. The mobile application allows users to contribute in live traffic reports to avoid further bottlenecks and delays.

Ekshef A medical technology services company aiming to improve the health system in Egypt by providing a convenient experience for both patients and doctors. Ekshef website provides the patients with instant booking services. In addition, Ekshef website provides an online directory for doctors in Egypt categorized by specialty and district.

IRWAA A startup working in mobile health application. IRWAA first flagship product is Medica App. which is a mobile application providing patients with innovative, easy- to- use medication reminders and storing multi-media prescriptions.

Silgenix Silgenix is a semiconductor Intellectual Property (IP) startup specializing in on-chip power management solutions for System-on-Chip (SoC) products. Silgenix provides its customers with value-differentiated IP based on advanced research and integrated solutions to lower IP technical risk and accelerate time-to-market.

Vidatronic Vidatronic provides efficient and high performance embedded power management solutions. Vidatronic initial focus is on power management Intellectual Property (IP) cores for integration into the customers' microchips. The microchips include advanced microprocessors, Application Specific Custom Integrated Circuits (ASICs) and Systems-on-a-Chip (SOCs). Vidatronic provides seamless integration of Vidatronic IP cores into customer’s products. Vidatronic design for test methodology helps expedite getting its customer’s products into production. Early in the design cycle, Vidatronic provides customers with information to help them achieve the best possible balance between performance, power efficiency, cost, generated heat, silicon area and product schedule.

Vivifi Vivifi is a startup applying a new technology relying on electrostatic energy which can be applied to insulating surfaces like wood, plastic glass, marble and textile. The goal of this invention is to transform non conductive surfaces with limited thickness (wood, glass, etc) to touch sensors or screens with transparent stickers placed on opposite side of operation interface. There are many applications and products for this new technology. The first product for vivify is the touch sticker which is made from a transparent sticker and ultra thin isolated gold wires printed in the sticker by a wire printer machine. These wires are connected to a circuit senses the touch points and sends it to the PC through a USB connection.

Wireless Stars Wireless Stars is a startup founded around the vision that mobile devices and their capabilities will continue to grow at a rapid rate and be the key drivers in the next decade. Wireless Stars focuses on delivering innovative software solutions for new mobile platforms such as iPhone and Android. Wireless Stars provides design and development of mobile services for companies and brands on a global market.
