Growth Hacking 101: How to Develop Your Business Model and Create Entrepreneurial Success


Under the BEST Program, BES Department at TIEC is holding Growth Hacking Workshop.

TIEC is inviting you to attend the workshop

The objective of the session is to help aspiring entrepreneurs understand the fundamentals of building a startup in the early stage. Participants will learn how to define their problem and understand their customer need. In return, they will learn how to design a business model that enables them to deliver value to their market. Participants accordingly, will learn how to identify the most effective marketing and customer acquisition channels. Overall, they will learn how to combine marketing channels and business model development to rapidly hack through acquiring and building a user/customer base for their products.

Speaker’s Bio:

Ahmed Elsherif – Program Manager
As Program Manager for Flat6Labs, Ahmed is the person responsible for overseeing the overall program's design, implementation, and coaching of the startup cohorts. Ahmed holds a degree in Pharmacy & Biotechnology from the German University in Cairo. Since his graduation in 2010, Ahmed has worked for a number of organizations in a variety of fields within entrepreneurship, consulting, and non-profit. Ahmed's skill-set effectively specializes in B2B Sales & Partnerships, Research & Development, and Entrepreneurial Program Design.

Willie Elamein
Flat6Labs Cairo’s Managing Director has joined the team since since May 2016. All the way from London, he was motivated to take part of Flat6labs as it helps shaping a young and vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem. Willie holds an Engineering degree from Cambridge University and started his career as a management consultant in London. He has since worked with a range of industries from Telecoms to Banking in strategy and operational roles. In his last role he was running a Rocket Internet startup in Cairo.
